プライバシーポリシー（PRESS!）

sonson（以下「開発者」）は、スマートフォン向けゲーム「PRESS!」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 開発者が集める情報
開発者は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報を集めません。
ゲームの進行状況（ステージの記録、コイン、強化、スキル、図鑑、設定など）は、利用者の端末の中だけに保存され、開発者のサーバーには送られません。
2. 外部サービスによる情報の取り扱い
本アプリは、以下の外部サービスを使っています。これらのサービスは、それぞれの運営者のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を扱います。開発者は、利用者の情報を受け取るこれらの第三者が、本ポリシーと同等以上の保護を利用者の情報に対して行うことを確認したうえで利用しています。
広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリは、動画広告（利用者が自分で選んで見るリワード広告、およびプレイの合間の広告）とバナー広告を表示します。広告の配信のため、Google AdMob が広告識別子（iOS の IDFA、Android の広告 ID）、端末の情報、おおよその位置情報（IP アドレスから推定）、広告とのやり取りなどを集めることがあります。
iOS では、本アプリを起動したときに端末の確認画面で許可を求め、答えが出るまで広告の機能を動かしません。許可しなくても本アプリは遊べます。許可はあとから、端末の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」でいつでも変更・取り消しできます。
表示される広告は、年齢区分（9+）に合う内容に限っています。不適切な広告を見かけたときは、本アプリの設定の「広告を報告」か、下記のお問い合わせ先のメールでお知らせください。
アプリ内課金（App Store / Google Play）
アプリ内での購入は、Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）を通して行われます。支払いの情報はそれぞれの運営者が扱い、開発者が受け取ることはありません。開発者が受け取るのは、購入が完了したかどうかの結果だけです。
3. 英国・スイス・欧州経済領域（EEA）の利用者の方へ
これらの地域では、広告のために情報を使う前に、Google の同意画面で利用者の同意をお願いします。同意しなくても本アプリは遊べます（その場合、表示される広告は利用者に合わせたものではなくなります）。
同意の内容は、本アプリの設定にある「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも見直し、取り消すことができます。
4. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは子どもを主な対象としたものではありません。13歳未満の子どもから、開発者が意図して個人情報を集めることはありません。
5. データの削除
ゲームのデータは、本アプリが端末に入っているあいだ端末の中に保存され、本アプリを端末から削除すると一緒に削除されます。購入済みの「広告をなくす」などは、ショップまたは設定の「購入を復元」で取り戻せます。
外部サービスが持つ情報の保存期間と削除の方法は、各サービスの案内に従ってください。広告のための情報の利用をやめたい場合は、上記のトラッキングの設定（EEA・英国・スイスでは本アプリの「広告のプライバシー設定」も）で同意を取り消せます。
6. このポリシーの変更
このポリシーは、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更した場合は、このページで最終更新日とともにお知らせします。

This policy explains how sonson (“the developer”) handles information in the mobile game “PRESS!” (“the app”). If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information the developer collects
The developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Your game progress (stage records, coins, upgrades, skills, collection, settings, etc.) is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer's servers.
2. Third-party services
The app uses the following third-party services, which handle information under their own privacy policies. The developer uses them having confirmed that these third parties, which receive user information, provide the same or equal protection of that information as this policy.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows video ads (rewarded ads that you choose to watch, and ads between plays) and banner ads. To serve ads, Google AdMob may collect your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), device information, approximate location (estimated from your IP address), and ad interactions.
On iOS, the app asks for your permission through the system prompt when it starts, and the advertising features do not run until you answer. You can play without allowing it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
The ads shown are limited to content suitable for the app's age rating (9+). If you see an inappropriate ad, please let us know with “Report an ad” in the app's settings or by email at the contact below.
In-app purchases (App Store / Google Play)
Purchases in the app are made through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Your payment information is handled by them and is never received by the developer; the app only learns whether a purchase went through.
3. Users in the UK, Switzerland, and the EEA
In these regions, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before information is used for advertising. You can play without consenting; in that case, the ads you see will not be personalized.
You can review or withdraw your consent at any time from “Ad privacy options” in the app's settings.
4. Children
The app is not directed primarily at children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Deleting your data
Game data is kept on your device for as long as the app is installed, and is deleted together with the app. Purchases such as “Remove ads” can be recovered with “Restore purchases” in the Shop or in Settings.
For how long third-party services keep information and how to delete it, please follow each service's instructions. To stop information being used for advertising, withdraw your consent with the Tracking setting above (and, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, with “Ad privacy options” in the app).
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the last update.
