プライバシーポリシー（雷閃の勇者）

sonson（以下「開発者」）は、スマートフォン・タブレット向けゲーム「雷閃の勇者」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 開発者が集める情報
開発者は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報を集めません。
ゲームの進行状況（装備、素材、クエストの進み具合、設定など）は、利用者の端末の中だけに保存され、開発者のサーバーには送られません。
2. 外部サービスによる情報の取り扱い
本アプリは、以下の外部サービスを使っています。これらのサービスは、それぞれの運営者のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を扱います。開発者は、利用者の情報を受け取るこれらの第三者が、本ポリシーと同等以上の保護を利用者の情報に対して行うことを確認したうえで利用しています。
広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリは、鍛冶屋・持ち物・スキル一覧の画面の下にバナー広告を表示します（戦闘中の画面には表示しません）。また、冒険で倒れたときと、装備の作成・合成に失敗したときに、利用者が自分で選んだ場合だけ動画広告（リワード広告）を表示し、見終わると失った素材が戻る、または作成・合成が成功します。広告の配信のため、Google AdMob が広告識別子（iOS の IDFA、Android の広告 ID）、端末の情報、おおよその位置情報（IP アドレスから推定）、広告とのやり取りなどを集めることがあります。
iOS では、本アプリを起動したときに端末の確認画面で許可を求め、答えが出るまで広告の機能を動かしません。許可しなくても本アプリは遊べます。許可はあとから、端末の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」でいつでも変更・取り消しできます。
不適切な広告や年齢にふさわしくない広告を見かけたときは、本アプリのメニュー →「設定」の「広告を報告」か、下記のお問い合わせ先のメールでお知らせください。
3. 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスの利用者の方へ
これらの地域では、広告のために情報を使う前に、Google の同意画面で利用者の同意をお願いします。同意しなくても本アプリは遊べます（その場合、表示される広告は利用者に合わせたものではなくなります）。
同意の内容は、本アプリのメニュー →「設定」の「プライバシー設定」からいつでも見直し、取り消すことができます。
4. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは子どもを主な対象としたものではありません。13歳未満の子どもから、開発者が意図して個人情報を集めることはありません。
5. データの削除
開発者は利用者の個人情報を保存しません。ゲームのデータは端末の中にだけあり、本アプリを端末から削除すると一緒に削除されます。
外部サービスが持つ情報の保存期間と削除の方法は、各サービスの案内に従ってください。広告のための情報の利用をやめたい場合は、上記のトラッキングの設定（EEA・英国・スイスでは本アプリの「プライバシー設定」も）で同意を取り消せます。
6. このポリシーの変更
このポリシーは、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更した場合は、このページで最終更新日とともにお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (RAISEN: Lightning Hero)

This policy explains how sonson (“the developer”) handles information in the game “RAISEN: Lightning Hero” (Japanese title: 雷閃の勇者) for smartphones and tablets (“the app”). If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information the developer collects
The developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Your game progress (gear, materials, quest progress, settings, etc.) is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer's servers.
2. Third-party services
The app uses the following third-party services, which handle information under their own privacy policies. The developer uses them having confirmed that these third parties, which receive user information, provide the same or equal protection of that information as this policy.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows banner ads at the bottom of the Blacksmith, Gear and Skills screens (never during battle). When you fall in battle, or when crafting or fusing gear fails, it also offers a video ad (rewarded ad) that you may choose to watch to get back the materials you lost, or to make the craft or fusion succeed. To serve ads, Google AdMob may collect your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), device information, approximate location (estimated from your IP address), and ad interactions.
On iOS, the app asks for your permission through the system prompt when it starts, and the advertising features do not run until you answer. You can play without allowing it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
If you see an ad that is inappropriate or not suitable for your age, please let us know with “Report an Ad” under Menu › Settings in the app or by email at the contact below.
3. Users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland
In these regions, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form before information is used for advertising. You can play without consenting; in that case, the ads you see will not be personalized.
You can review or withdraw your consent at any time from “Privacy Settings” under Menu › Settings in the app.
4. Children
The app is not directed primarily at children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Deleting your data
The developer does not store your personal information. Your game data exists only on your device and is deleted together with the app.
For how long third-party services keep information and how to delete it, please follow each service's instructions. To stop information being used for advertising, withdraw your consent with the Tracking setting above (and, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, with “Privacy Settings” under Menu › Settings in the app).
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the last update.
